Tick / If the condition of the fire extinguisher is abnormal, tick X and fix it to be normal before ticking / on the inspection sheet. Or check according to the overall suitability.
(Fire extinguisher condition field) Check the condition of the fire extinguisher. It must not be rusty, rotten, cracked, or torn. The sticker must not be torn and the details must be legible. (Inspector box) Sign the name or signature of the inspector.
At least every 6 months, the tank should be turned upside down about 5-10 times to help extend the life of the dry chemicals and prevent them from clumping.
